I would like to take out a $4000 – $5000 loan for 2 years. I have a family emergency and I need to help a family member. My problem is I have past debt that is haunting me from my divorce and in to the economy I changed jod in the last 6 months to a more secure position. Is there some lender , not a scam that will give a loan without collatral or down payment.I have a checking account. I am tired of hearing from scam people and consolidation companys, please advise.
